Free Clasp Identification

Send us a photo of your bracelet and its clasp, and we'll tell you what you're holding - free, no purchase needed. You'll get a reply that covers the clasp type (lobster, spring-ring, box, slide, or toggle), roughly what era the bracelet is from, and which CharmFlip chain fits it - or an honest "none of ours do."

How it works

  1. Take two photos in decent light: the whole bracelet laid flat, and a close-up of the clasp.
  2. Email them to info@charmflip.com with the subject "Clasp identification."
  3. We reply with what we see: clasp type, approximate era, and the right chain if one fits.

Why we do this

Most of the bracelets people send us are inherited, thrifted, or gifted - and the clasp is the whole puzzle. A 1960s box clasp needs different hardware than a modern lobster clasp, and guessing wrong is how jewelry ends up back in the drawer. Identifying it takes us minutes and saves you a wrong purchase. That's the whole trade.
