Refund policy

We want you to love your CharmFlip piece. If something isn't right, email info@charmflip.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition. Because each chain is a personal piece, we handle returns individually - reach out and we'll guide you through it.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders (14kt gold and sterling silver) and sale items are final sale.
